We don't offer refunds on credit purchases, but if you're unhappy with a generation result, you can regenerate the image. Contact support if you're having consistent issues.

We don't currently offer free credits, but our Starter package at $9 for 20 credits lets you try the service at low risk. That's 10 complete generations (themed + white background each).
